Can your earrings get wet?
No, as your dotty products are uniquely handmade, they cannot get wet. It is advised to take your earrings out while showering or swimming (or in any kind of water activity) as it can rust or tarnish the metal and damage the polymer clay.
Are dotty products suitable for young children?
No, none of my products are suitable for children under 4 years old.

Europe: Austria, Belgium, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, United Kingdom, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, and Sweden
Oceania: Australia wide and New Zealand
Return Policy
Once an order has been processed and shipped, dotty does not offer returns or refunds if a customer changes their mind. If a product arrives damaged, please email crew.dotty@gmail.com and send some photos within a week of its delivery. We can either refund or replace the product.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs vary because of the destination and size and weight of the order. Shipping will be automatically calculated at the checkout.
dotty offers free shipping for orders over $100 AUD Australia wide.
International shipping is calculated at checkout.
Customers are responsible for customs and import taxes if applicable.
